**Built Cybernetics (AIM:BUC) Update on MapBI Ltd**

The Board of Built Cybernetics is excited to update on its Belfast-based smart cities software, MapBI Ltd. Launched on 12 November 2025, MapBI emerged after acquiring Active Maps from the liquidated 3DEO (NI) Limited. This SaaS platform excels in 3D data visualisation and analysis, catering to Smart Cities, Smart Ports, and property managers.

Within three months, all former 3DEO clients have transitioned to MapBI, generating a Monthly Recurring Revenue of £20,000. The platform's monthly cash costs are approximately £40,000, covered so far by current trade debtors and cash receipts.

MapBI was recently selected for Thames Freeport's Connectivity Lab, a 10-week programme where it will trial its technology at DP World London Gateway. This initiative aims to create a digital twin of the port's container inventory, enhancing operational insights.

MapBI is building a strong pipeline, with Active Maps anticipated to attract interest from the Group's existing clients, especially property developers and owners.
