Veretec Project Shortlisted for RIBA London Awards

The Featherstone Building, which Veretec, the Group’s Executive Architecture practice was appointed by Skanska to deliver, has been shortlisted for the RIBA London Awards 2026. The building, located in Old Street, is a high-quality and contemporary office building that was designed by Morris+Company for Derwent London. The awards are presented by the Royal Institute of British Architects and recognize the best new, extended, or refurbished buildings in the capital that have demonstrated design, innovation, and impact on the community. A regional jury will now visit the shortlisted projects and evaluate them on a range of measures including the design, user experience and sustainability before the winners are announced in the spring and then considered for multiple other RIBA awards to be announced throughout the summer and autumn.  The recognition and consideration continue to build on Veretec’s reputation as a leader in the Executive Architecture space, delivering highly collaborative and successful projects across multiple sectors such as design monitoring, auditing as well as building regulations principal designer (BRPD).
